Registration Guidelines – IPRC 2025
The participants must register for the conference on or before the 7th August 2025. The abstract will not be included in the conference proceedings/ technical sessions if the authors do not register before the deadline. Please use the below steps to register with IPRC 2025.

Make the payment using one of the methods that are mentioned below on this page.
Complete the online registration form by clicking the “Click here for the Registration (IPRC-2025)” button below and submit it along with the payment receipt. (All the information must be accurate otherwise, the registration will be cancelled).
You must select the correct category you belong to while registering.
Once registered, the paid amount will not be refunded for any reason.
Step 1 - Payment of the Conference Fee
All presenters are required to register and pay for their registration category. Pay the registration fee either in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD ($), depending on your registration category. A copy of the payment slip should be submitted along with the requested details through the registration form given in Step II.

1 Foreign Presenters can participate in the inauguration ceremony physically, participate in all sessions (physically), one conference ID card, a conference bag, an abstract volume (soft copy), a program book (soft copy), certificate the presented abstract, and refreshments and lunch.
2 Foreign Participants can participate in the inauguration ceremony physically, participate in all sessions (physically), one conference ID card, an abstract volume (soft copy), a program book (soft copy), and refreshments and lunch. If a conference bag is requested, an additional fee of $10 should be paid.
3 Foreign Registered Students of FGS, UoK as Presenters can participate in the inauguration physically, participation in all sessions (physically), one conference ID card, an abstract volume (soft copy), a program book (soft copy), a certificate for presented abstract, and refreshments and lunch. If a conference bag is requested, an additional fee of $10 should be paid.
4 Local External Presenters can participate in the inauguration ceremony physically, participate in all sessions (physically), one conference ID card, a conference bag, an abstract volume (soft copy), a program book (soft copy), a certificate for the presented abstract, and refreshments and lunch.
5 Local External Participants can participate in the inauguration ceremony physically, participate in all sessions (physically), one conference ID card, an abstract volume (soft copy), a program book (soft copy), and refreshments and lunch. An additional 1,500 LKR should be paid for the conference bag.
6 Local Registered Students of FGS, UoK as Presenters can participate in the inauguration ceremony physically, participate in all sessions (physically), one conference ID card, an abstract volume (soft copy), a program book (soft copy), a certificate for the presented abstract, and refreshments and lunch. An additional 1,500 LKR should be paid for the conference bag.
7 Permanent Staff of UoK as Presenters can participate in the inauguration ceremony physically, participation in all sessions (physically), a conference ID card, an abstract volume (soft copy), a program book (soft copy), and a certificate for the presented abstract. An additional payment of 2,500 LKR for refreshments and lunch and 1,500 LKR for the conference bag should be made.
8 Authors (excluding permanent staff at UoK) who have submitted more than one abstract can participate in the inauguration ceremony physically, participate in all sessions (physically), one conference ID card, an abstract volume (soft copy), a program book (soft copy), and certificate for each presented abstract. An additional payment of 2,000 LKR should be made for each abstract submitted in addition to the first one.
The authors (Local and Foreign) who have submitted more than one abstract to the International Postgraduate Research Conference (IPRC), should adhere to the following guidelines.
The foreign participants who require a conference bag, should pay an additional $10)
The authors, excluding those with permanent staff positions at UoK, who submit more than one abstract are required to pay 2,000 LKR for each additional abstract submitted.
No conference bag will be provided for the additional payment of 2,000 LKR; authors will only have the opportunity to present their abstract and obtain the certificate.
Registered authors who wish to obtain a conference bag, refreshments, and lunch must make an additional payment of 2,500 LKR for refreshments and lunch, and 1,500 LKR for the conference bag.
Additionally, authors who are registered students at the Faculty of Graduate Studies must have a valid student ID/ Valid registration at the Faculty of Graduate Studies as a postgraduate student until 1st July 2024.

Payment Procedure
Payment can be made online or at any People’s Bank branch using a deposit slip.
For online payments, use “IPRC 2025” as the reason for the payment.
For deposit slip payments, use “IPRC 2025” as the reason for the payment.
Refrain from using Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) for payments. The payment made through cash deposit machines will not be refunded and the payment should be made again if paid through CDM.
Ensure that the name of the presenter/participant and the address of the presenter/participant or abstract ID number are included in all bank payment slips and online payments.
Retain your payment receipt regardless of the payment method and present it to the conference registration desk located on the Ground Floor of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka on the conference day (these who are physically joining the conference).

Once you have paid the conference fee, register (online) for the conference using the link provided below in step II.
